Hart David Carson LLP has been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association for several years. The Bar association is the premier legal association in the State of Illinois. As a voluntary organization of more than 30,000 members, the Association’s primary focus is to assist Illinois lawyers in the practice of law and to promote improvements in the administration of justice.

The Association engages in many important activities on behalf of the profession — among them proposing and shaping legislation, educating the public, and supporting the courts and the rule of law.

Hart David Carson LLP is a strong supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. BGC offers a safe place for children to learn and grow. In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.

Hart David Carson LLP is an ardent supporter of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). As the first humane organization to be granted legal authority to investigate and make arrests for crimes against animals, the ASPCA is wholly dedicated to fulfilling the ASPCA mission through nonviolent approaches. The organization provides local and national leadership in three key areas: caring for pet parents and pets, providing positive outcomes for at-risk animals and serving victims of animal cruelty.

The ASPCA’s mission, as stated by Henry Bergh in 1866, is “to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.”

Junior League Of Chicago

Hart David Carson LLP is a strong supporter of the Junior League of Chicago. Junior League of Chicago, Inc. is a metropolitan organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The Junior League of Chicago, Inc. reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism.

Founded in 1912, the Junior League of Chicago provides a positive force for change within the metropolitan Chicago area. The JLC’s commitment to empowering at-risk families, especially women and children results in continual evaluation of community needs, development of staffing, and securing funds for projects that fulfill this goal. The Junior League of Chicago develops projects independently and in cooperation with community agencies. Once a project is successfully established by the League, it is turned over to the appropriate agency or organization in the community.
